CVSA Has New Out-of-Service Criteria (OOSC) Now In Effect in North America

FMCSA Issues Waiver for Third Party CDL Skills Test Examiners

Effective April 9, 2020, the FMCSA has granted a temporary waiver – expiring either June 30 or when the National State of Emergency declaration is revoked, whichever is sooner – to third party CDL test examiners. Due to limited bandwidth at certain state driver’s license agencies, this designation waives certain training requirements for these test examiners. Read the details of this waiver here.
